Except that they aren't. They are disputing the claim that drinking water (as opposed to drinking anything else) prevents dehydration. More importantly though what most people are missing is that this was a not a law passed against what you can say about water. Bottled water was just the test case. This is the sledgehammer they are going to bring down on twats like Gillian McKeith, and I can only say it is about time that her kind of pseudo-scientific bull**** was squashed.
