Clash of the Titans 2 Loadout Problem

I'm not sure if this is a support, RC1, or FSU problem. In the mission "Clash of the Titans 2" you are supposed to have trebs but the only missiles available are rockeyes. Also the only primaries available are the Akheton SDG and under the ship selection screen only the Ulysses, Herc, Loki, and Myrmidon are available.

Pilot corruption. Make a new pilot, restart the campaign, wait for the new pilot code.
