No one by that username awaiting approval. Tell them to try again and as soon as they do, get on IRC. One of the admins can then approve them instantly.

Username found in registration, and Approved with Email Sent.

We're still doing the "Registration requires Admin Approval" but we no longer have to wade through roughly 300 attempts a day to do it now.
