North Korea is acting to decrease tensions and has hinted it might be willing to consider nuclear disarmament.

I can't help but think that Kim Jong Un is slightly less bat**** insane than Kim Jon Il.

yeah  it was just a week ago that they were threatening a 'merciless attack' is SK was so brash as to do some military training on their own territory.

Or maybe he has realised that his people are suffering and is ready to turn page in North korea's history, and start get closer to west or it could be  just part of his master plan to conquer the entire world
