The only thing I can think of is that those cute () little dinosaurs could use a bit more light (again I'm complaining about darkness).

I don't think you need to lighten it at all... Just think of it being early morning... (and the sky kinda shows this... well that or a storm's starting to roll in... ) Plus, you don't *need* to see all the detail in order to get the feel of this image... Excellent work!

Looks like someone's watched Dinotopia.

You might want to work on the lighting a bit though.  Even from this angle, we should be able to see more of the T-Rex closest to the camera.

should? well, it's a normal lightning setup in max. the way the light is placed, if max renders only a shadow, is coz you can see only a shadow
And I like dark renders, they have a "mood", easier to achieve. bright renders looks fake if not done properly ( note I admit I'm not good enough to make good bright renders, too hard for me, for now ).
Anyway, the goal was to make cool grass, and I think this time is the good one, in all modesty ^_^
her, anyway, dinotopia? just that my Trex was my only good looking "monster" mesh I had top put in the svene lol, i'd rather put a couple trolls or a dragon, actually

well, the thing is that stuff at school is getting more and more serious, and I have less freedom to play around with my own ideas. Tho, right now, i'm doing a full human model ( I got to go through that, it's what i call a "must do" ).
Anyway, even if I love heroic fabnatasy stuff, I work more by "periods", and right now I'm deep in the sci-fi mood, so dragons don't inspire me much those days...
