Ships appear skeletal

I need a little help here.  I downloaded the Ashen Wings/Dimensional Eclipse mod.  A lot of the ships look like skeletons/ship frames.  This happened once before on another mod, so I just stopped playing thinking it was the mod.  Now that I see it again, does anyone know what I need to do to fix it?

Well I am no expert but first I would check to make sure you are using the game version that was specified in the OP for the release thread... apparently it only works with that one (IDK, I haven't played it yet myself, too busy working on mods and stuff)
