Before I can get within 2 clicks of the Argent Mist she gets blown to bits. I plunged the difficulty down to very easy and still couldn't get there in time to save it. Played on Hard at first and it actually survived a bit longer before being blown up, probably because the Sanctus shoots better on Hard I think. Not game-breaking, but it is annoying.

Not happening with me - are you pulsing your afterburners? Otherwise you could be getting unlucky and the AM just starts out with low hull.

That (max out your Engine power via ETS), and at optimal range, start throwing your missiles at them (normally the Javelin, unless you need a bit of a farther reach, then throw a volley of Dirks [in which case, I would only say bring one bank]).

If it's that first wave with Herc Mark Twos and Myrmidons...

It was at 100 hull every time. I start burning the moment the mission starts, engine power maxed and then pulsing like crazy to get there in time. Two hercs just shoot at it relentlessy and one of the myrmiddons too. They usually kill it before or just after I'm in missile range. Sometimes I can pop off a round of missiles just as the AM's hull is at 5%, usually because one of the hercs gets targeted by the Sanctus. No matter what though, this ship goes down with literally no way of saving it.

I used to always be able to get to the fighters too, but now I can't. It must just be something on my end if noone else has gotten this yet.

Have you tried running the mission "pure"? Like without any additional mods, scripts, etc?

AFAIK it is running 'pure'. The only mod being run is BP along with the 3612 vps.

What difficulty are you running on? I have had no problems at medium

Ran on all difficulties multiple times, virtually the same result every time. The AM sometimes lives longer on Hard because the Sanctus covers it better, but it always dies. The best I've been able to do is down the two hercs before one of the myrmiddons finishes the AM off. Three fighters shoot at it constantly from the start of the mission, not a lot I can do unfortunately.

I tried it from the techroom. The Argent Mist sure took a beating, but it always survived at least until I could start shooting at fighters on Medium and Insane difficulties.
