I've never bothered to read one of his post in its entirety, but from skimming I think the gist of it is:

Floro has been having hallucinations where he's visited by three magical dwarves (who are also angels or something, idk). He consulted with these dwarves for advice while he was a judge, which prompted the Filipino courts or whoever he works for to declare him unfit for duty as a judge. He's since been pleading his case all over the internet trying to spread the truth... as he knows it. These dwarves have allegedly shown him some ULTIMATE VIOLET LIGHTS, performed miracle healings, and revealed great secrets of the universe to Floro, which he doesn't bother to share.

Oh, side note, ultraviolet light doesn't refer to the wavelength. It's just a name for magic light that only he can see.

Being from Jupiter is a new one I think. I had fantasies like those when I was younger.
