i got a few odds and ends. will be doing self christmas shopping later. the parents are probably going to give me money, because they can't not get me stuff for christmas even when i don't want or need anything.
and didn't get COMPLETELY shut out by the lady. 2 texts received so far, one general 'merry christmas' probably mass texted to her entire contact list, and an actual response to one i sent her saying she wasn't ignoring me. not sure i completely believe that yet. remains to be seen if i will get to actually see her in person. or even talk on the phone for that matter. if not, trying to gather the testicular fortitude to leave the voice message containing what i should have said a long damn time ago but pussied out of every time i had a chance.
who has a time machine i can borrow?
Ask out for a cup of coffee. It's actually a lot easier than it seems. Find yourself in a nice situation to pop the question too. One time I did it, was so the gal would have a better chance remembering my name. It worked, but never did get that coffee. Second time was just through instant messaging saying I hadn't the opportunity to do so at work with business being great and all. I did get that coffee

Cool speakers that shoot water jets from them to the beat of the song that's currently being played through them. Unfortunately, it was previously opened AND they leaked everywhere. Why the idiots at the store put that **** back on the shelf again makes me cringe at the thought of legitimacy... never did get to see the jets in action either

Chocolates, calendar lottery, this awesome ceramic mug which bears the First Nations Eagle all over it
UNSC Warthog model. Now, this has a story to it. Remember Forward Unto Dawn? Well I showed them the Warthog behind the scenes saying "If you get me this, I'll get my driver's license". So uh, they got me it... so now I am obligated to get my driver's license. Never, EVER, bind yourself to words like that. Still though, great model, sitting beside my bed now along with the Hailfire Droid Tank
Track Pants. Needed a replacement, so that's good.
Money. Most likely will go towards Farcry 3 and perhaps that cool cadpat PS3 controller. Thing is badass
What I got for other people though
Sister: Favourite bottle of wine, Dead Letter Office. Sided with strawberry shampoo and chocolates
Mother: Strawberry everything. Add in eucalyptus oils whose names are related to what she's been doing as of late, solid
Father: Coffee pods for Keurig. A ****ton. Because I kept stealing his from last year
Brother: Rocksmith. He has an electric guitar and amp, but living in an apartment building makes it difficult for him to solidly play it. So, Rocksmith to get him back into it
