"Hoot" - User struggling with Spam Filters

There's a fellow by the name of "Hoot" on the wiki who's posted on both mine and Matthegeeks talk pages looking for forum registration help (Link - http://www.hard-light.net/wiki/index.php/User_talk:MatthTheGeek ). Can one of the admins help him out?

Got nothing to do with me, but thats a fairly clever way to try and get in contact.
Current Activities/Projects: Ideas and some storyline completed.

ArmA 2&3 Mission Designer and player.

They usually come on IRC when they have registration issues. Anyway what matters is that he got noticed and now the situation will get resolved.
