Still getting April Fool's modifications
Tried turning it on and then off again.  Tried deleting cookies.  Buttons still fuzzy, cursor still disappearing over links, and emoticons still upside down.  Using latest Chrome on Windows 7.  Am I the only one getting this?

Force refresh (Ctrl-F5) and purge of browsing data should fix it....

Actually in Chrome, reliable force-refresh is Shift-F5. I know official Chrome documentation says both work, but for some reason in my experience Ctrl-F5 often fails where Shift-F5 succeeds.

Much better.  Don't know why I didn't think of that.

Re: Still getting April Fool's modifications
Actually I'm still getting them now. Wasn't before, but I haven't even opted in, and I'm still getting fuzzy buttons and no cursor on top of links.

e: It works now fine. Not sure if someone did something or if it was just some weird bug, but oh well.
