Hmmm... armor'd not gonna do too much in a military situation. It'd only really be useful for police, counter-terrorists, etc. They're only really useful against small arms such as pistols. In a real war, weapons such as napalm 2 (really horrible stuff, once on your skin its almost impossible to remove and it will continue burning for a LONG time), some anti-personnel cluster bombs split into dozens of bomblets each releasing hundreds of tiny shrapnel wiping out everyone in an acre by shredding them fro the inside (they are very tiny, come into your body, move around in there cutting you up from the inside), etc. Obviously these are against the Geneva conventions, but do Governments care?
