Inspired by a similar thread on a Baldur's Gate forum that frequent. The idea of the other thread was for members to post links to their Amazon wishlists and in some cases, even buy each other gifts. However, given that many people here live outside the United States and/or don't have Amazon.com accounts, we can use this a general thread for sharing the things that we want to have. Of course, you are also more than welcome to post your Amazon.com wishlist, as it can often times be fun to see what other people want. I'll start below.

The main thing I want now is a high-end gaming laptop. I also have a number of books and video games; namely Animal Crossing, F-Zero, Geist and Pikmin for GameCube.

Given your recent threads, your selection of reading material is no surprise.

As to posting my own, I'd really not feel comfortable doing that. Suffice it to say, there are some albums that I'm waiting for them to drop in price/come out on Amazon MP3, some box sets of Doctor Who that I'm waiting for them to drop in price/me to make some disposable income, and some sci-fi books.

In my experience, finding that elusive thing on your list(s) is made significantly easier by not obtaining all the other things on your lists.  I found it much more practical to take a hiatus from gaming, get the girl, get the ring, and then get a new gaming rig

Does not compute. Once you get the girl, you will never be able to afford a new gaming rig.
