Mahogany and Horsepower: NH Race Boat Regatta

So went over to Wolfeboro this Saturday and they happened to be hosting the 2015 Vintage Race Boat Regatta.  They had some cute Jersey Speed Skiffs as well as some absolutely stunning wooden power boats.  Aside from age of sail ships like top sail schooners and mighty Fifth Rates there are few watercraft more lovely.  One in particular, Sister Syn, had a Curtiss Conqueror V12 Aircraft Engine, you could be forgiven for believing you were attending a WW2 airshow when this baby turned over.  I was unable to resist the urge to yell "Contact" when she whined and roared to life.
