Is there any star wars mod for freespace 2 and where can i find it?
I would like to see an Imperator Star Destroyer blowing up a Sath.

there was a MOD i played a while ago that had X-wings and i think Y-wings... that was like 2 and a half years ago, lol, so check the Volition Watch archives...

I've already played that one it looked great but i ment a mod for FS2. I remenber seeing a screen shot of a Tie fighter in FS2 but don't remenber where.

i'm not sure then... I don't think the Volition Watch archives have one, try checking HLP's MODs?

EDIT:  or search on google or yahoo for "Freespace 2 Star Wars MOD" or something

Actually I think it would be the other way around... heres my artists rendition of the situation

Heh, I did this once: The Sath took out the Star Destroyer b4 it even got a shot off - gotta love those Long range beams!

Actually it would be the other way around...a star destroyer would probably destroy or seriosly damage a sath in 2/3 broadsides.:D

Why? I think a Sathanas will blow it up without getting much damage.

Well a single star destroyer rendered an entire habitated planet "unusable"(melted the planet's crust) for a few thousand years in 2/3 hours using his guns; the Lucifer fleet turned Vasuda Prime in a wasteland in 13 hours...

this goes to age old argument that you cant compare different universes to each other, SW and FS use completly different physics to each other.
There is no proper way to compare them.

I was not comparing them just thought that it might be funny to see Star destroyer/Sathanas battle.
Also it is hard but possible to compare two different universes.
