The Admiral's Tale
By
Jonathan Anderson

Through the Great War he fought with might
But afterwards his government became his target of spite
Old enemies were now friendly friends
And this old soldier would no longer bend
He was filled with fury and wanted to kill
And it did not matter whose blood he had to spill
He took flight and cried from the far
That the Neo Terran Front was in the stars
His warriors fought and suffered so much gore
That they could not bear it anymore
It was then decided they had to run
While under the Colossus's menacing guns
Through the gate and into the smog
He knew his chances were a shot in a fog
A great beast followed that made his ship so small
Until he decided to make a quick call
Ancient villains heard his request
And agreed to take him as their guest.
In the fog Aken Bosch sat
The admiral was ready to turn his back
On his warriors that served him so well
But they were going to be left in this hell
After typing on his personal computer
The demons arrived so much sooner
His happiness was on such a high
Even though all his men were going to die
And so he left his tin home called the Iceni
For now his life had a new meaning

Pretty good poem

ah, I saw the original a long time ago........ I feel veteranish :p
Science alone of all the subjects contains within itself the lesson of the danger of belief in the infallibility of the greatest teachers in the preceding generation . . .Learn from science that you must doubt the experts. As a matter of fact, I can also define science another way: Science is the belief in the ignorance of experts. - Richard Feynman

I've seen this before.... its on FF.net. :nervous:

I dunno.... :D
Spoon - I stand in awe by your flawless fredding. Truely, never before have I witnessed such magnificant display of beamz.
Axem -  I don't know what I'll do with my life now. Maybe I'll become a Nun, or take up Macrame. But where ever I go... I will remember you!
Axem - Sorry to post again when I said I was leaving for good, but something was nagging me. I don't want to say it in a way that shames the campaign but I think we can all agree it is actually.. incomplete. It is missing... Voice Acting.
Quanto - I for one would love to lend my beautiful singing voice into this wholesome project.
Nuclear1 - I want a duet.
AndrewofDoom - Make it a trio!
