Nah. The Omega X-class destroyers still look too much like the blocky and outdated Omega destroyers. The Victory-class and the Warlock-class destroyer are better looking.

The Omega X-class destroyers just have Shadow weapons, that's all.

I must admit, I like the greyscale image better. The coloured version is a little dark (sure, space is dark, but that gets in the way of a good story/render) texture wise.
