Comon we can think outside of the box here..I'll say the worst acting I've seen in a video game easily goes to the voice acting in Star Ocean 2! Decent game but the voices certainly didn't match with what the characters looked like.

War of the Worlds- The Series and the D&D movie are so utterly terrible. Battlefield: Earth was also so bad that I wanted to turn it off after the first 15 minutes, the only reason I kept watching was to see how much worse it could get

Event Horizon I thought was funny.

Gymkata or Wizards of the Lost Kingdom. Absolutely atrocious the both of them and although movies (supposedly) they have been shown on TV. Check the user comments on IMDB. Great films.

No voice acting is worse than the original Resident Evil game.  Especially Barry...

Plan Nine from Outer Space is intentionally atrocious. They went out of their way to make it really really really bad.
