Well... that would all depend on whether or not the Emperor has a lightsaber, and if Sauron had his Ring on his person. Either way, I'd have to put my money on Sauron, seeing as he's half-way to being a god on Earth, sort of.

Heh, in the backgound there'd be Praetorian Guard fighting werewolves or Morgoth's old Balrog army :D

That's Sauron's Eye (or whatever it's called in English, I got the books in Portuguese). Sauron's not just a giant eye.
