Well, the only reason that I wanted hosting at HLP is that my ISP only offers 5 MB of storage.  I'm currently using the 5 MB as storage for my files AND the website.  So therefore there is little leeway for the web-site to develop quickly.

Also, when you say "closer to completion", do you mean the web site or the campaign itself?  The web site I could get up and running at full power quite soon.  If it's the campaign, it won't even be complete if I don't get some hosting.  People at HLP have a stubborn will to NOT join a project unless if it's hosted at HLP.
