I'm growing up too fast. All other girls in my class do not yet have breasts, yet I do, and it is drawing too much attention to me. I do try to wear larger clothes, yet boys make fun of me and want to touch them. All girls are avoiding me and don't want to hang around.

Why do you make such a big problem about growing into a woman? Au contraire, the unhappy ones are the girls to whom Mother Nature has not given such curves, and who in the end of puberty still look as flat as tables.
The changes with your body might surprise you more than they do those around, which is why it might appear to you that everyone is looking. If you need time to get used to your breasts, then you are doing the right thing by wearing larger clothes. But do know that after a while other girls will catch up with you, amnd that will solve the problem. Until then, feel proud. And if someone tries to make fun of you because of your large breast, don't pay attentiun. As for boys, right now, it's just a big joke for them, but soon you will become one of the most popular girls in your class.
