Eey, you got something against Doom?

Er, not really, since 90% of gamers on any multiplayer game these days seem to have spent the past twelve years of their life doing little besides playing the game, and they can kill me before the load screen has even finished.

Occasionally I play Earth 2150 online, but it really isn't the same and since my concept of "strategy" doesn't involve making 4000 mechs or rocket tanks in under 5 minutes so much as hit-and-run maneuvers with about ten light craft I get trounced pretty badly there, too. Though occasionally I get a guy who appears to be genuinely asleep at the wheel of his automated base, and I can kill 3000 of his 4000 tanks with some ridiculously weak flyer before his friend sends a flood of units at me.

pretty nice lookin' game. Would get it if I had a PS2 keyboard, 70 bucks for the game and could tolerate bad connections to Japan...
