er...well ok he used those tags a bit often but .......is that a reason to laugh about him?
i guess he just wanted to make his posts different ....

and....as he uses those tags we all do some stuff with our messages you just not see it all the time.....
look at me i cant write a message without those ...... or those damn smileys like him ------>^^  or him O_O
