Some of us have **** monitors that won't go any higher, and so I run out of desktop space VERY easily. I have 109 icons, you see.

I am still using old 17" monitor which max resolution with 85Hz is 1024x768. And those desktop screenies were taken on my laptop which optimal resolution is 1024x768. :)

my 19" can pull off 1600 x 1200 but the refresh is like 60hz:ick

hence why i keep it at 1280 x 1024.

I think mine's on 72Hz, but is definitely on its way out, the lower-right corners flickers like a broken neon sign, and the whole thing occasionally wobbles, and not just when I deGauss it.

But one small point though. My monitor goes waay up to 85 Hz on this same resolution.

Yes, it is from Bc...
