black holes are small, if they weren't small they will be stars, not black holes, and no, stars don't fit into them, they got sucked a little at a time for thousands of years.
teorically black hole have no volumes at all, as they are effectively points with no dimensions at all, but of course what it matters (the event horizon) has a definite volume, that is usually much smaller than that of a planet, but also can be as small as an egg, if mr. Hawking is right.
back to topic: the gtva spaceships have unrealistically short range anti cap weapons, if you think that the LONG RANGE green beam don't even reach 8km, i suppose most ships will die in collisions with the gargant while trying to get close enought to fire their weapons
