Been fiddling with it, removing low pitched sounds and trying to focus in on the Mid-Range... heres what I got

if you use gold wave or the like to remove the lower frequency noise you can make stuff out a lot clearer, use an equalizer filter everything below 500 hz lower as far as it will go, and cut 1000 hz in half.

I don't think I've found anything, if you make recordings this is sort of what the noise you get if you over filter things sound like, though it has kind of an odd echo to it.

I just used an explosive removal filter for the really deep breathy sounds, filtered out the high pitched sounds a bit, and amplified the midrange, and this female voice just leapt out on me!
