Well, when I was an admin for my own piss-poor political debate community (long dead now), when someone would post something as you did, I'd fend them off with a warning. If someone would post something as you did, and they had a "history", I'd put them on RO status, and give them a PM as to why they were put on that status. The offender would usually take a week off, then apologise to the admin/mod team (me). That prevented

of circumvention and usually things were never out of hand. Ofcourse if they circumvented the RO, making a rant such as you just did, they immediately would get an IP ban (subnet if it was small enough). Maybe the current administration can do it this way, so that this doenst happen again?
