The sad thing is, that if the Michelin Man over there didn't catch this, no one would have so much as raised an eyebrow. I mean, you can't get much more explicit in your denunciatons that actually, you know, denouncing yourself.
This just outlines the complete uselesness of the big media. They either thought it too much work to do any investigation beyond a quick Google search, though I doubt they even did that, or they knew and suppressed the information. Either way, a man was allowed to stroll into a position of incredible authority with a big red sign flashing over his head, and indeed one that he himself put there.
