Actually, according to what he said, it wasn't the word dumbass, but some spanish similar word or insult, which probably has less negative conotations than the english dumbass. :p

My god... I just changed my mind; my school is awesome... Hell, I go around in combat boots and fatuiges daily... The only people who give a crap are the messed up freshmen who think i'm about to pull out a pistol and shoot someone, and new teachers who have absolutely no idea wethe i'm a student, or if the school has guards... (seriously, my math teacher thought i was there to protect the classroom :p ) ... Principal saluted me on the last day of school too :p ...

Also, here in this part of Idaho (Southeast) it's something like 30-40% Mexicans. We're not really in neo-nazi skinhead north idaho. Plus, his dad was actually from Lebanon and mom from Ohio or Indiana or something. When he speaks english, it sounds like from Ohio or Indiana. Still looks like an Arab, though, so DISCRIMINATION might work well.

high school football games are considered school events, therefore the school code of conduct is still enforced.

same with prom, after school sports, homecoming game/dance, etc.  if it's school sponsored, the school rules apply

...because i've known people who have had similar experiences :-/
