I've got a debit card, but it will simply not function without the PIN. In Holland, debit cards are a lot more popular then credit cards, and people know how to keep the PIN secure.

Satellite service. Meaning there's a dish on someone's house out there. How hard would it be to find the customer? I mean, really.

Call up the satellite company and explain the situation. They should have records of where their service crews went for your credit card.
