Who cares about Halo 3, I just want to see Halo 2 on PC

They should do Halo 2 and Halo 3 on PC.

I'm betting the Halo 2 engine will be used in Halo 3 so the only graphically improvement will come with better load times, level of detail, and texture sizes... All of which would help a lot to improve the look of the game. Realistically though, unless they build a new engine, Halo 3 will NOT be the best looking game on the 360 ( ).

They might just upgrade the Halo2 engine. I'd imagine they wouldn't be as willing to start over from square one again.

Look what the SCP has done in the past few years. Imagine what a team of full time programmers can do to upgrade the engine in a few years.

Oh and I'm fairly certain the 360 will be backwards compatable. Especially after seeing Halo2 being used on it during demo's etc.

Halo 2's engine can be built onto to produce halo3, heck, it wouldn't take much to bring the engine up to XB360 spec, i'd imagine there would be more time to make models, textures, and maps.. not to mention cutscenes, etc..

I'm hoping for bots in multiplayer. Or an alternate mode. Co-op over live. Maybe a hold the lines game where you have to hold off the swarming bots from a building.

Yes, then there's no way they can make a fourth! It's only supposed to be a trilogy anyway. Seriously though, it would be a great way to end the series.

Well in the books there are more Spartans. But no word of that in the games.

I wouldn't mind a few other games based in the Halo universe perhaps. But I think an end to the Halo saga will be sadly appreciated.

I really want bots, though I have a feeling Bungie is fairly set in their ways - they were quite vehement about the exclusion of them in 1 and 2, so I'm not going to keep my hopes up for 3. I'd like co-op over system link, though... that would rock.

I have a horrible feeling I'm going to get that damn MS money making box just to play Halo 3-and not to see what happens to Master Chief and the human race.  Oh no, they've screwed me over one too many times, I'm more intrested in the Arbiter and how is race of alien Master Chiefs are doing...no bais at all.
