so should i be looking for a system between a Pentium-M, and a AMD Septeron?

@ 512DDRRAM (LATEST i believe is ddr2/3)
@ least 64meg ati/nvidia viddy card
@ dvd/cdr/w
@ 1.4/8 GHZ

? about $900-$1500?
