Theologically? There's not supposed to be a difference at all, although usually Messianic Jews are more aware of the Old Testament roots of the Christian faith than their run-of-the-mill Christian counterparts, who sometimes think that the Bible begins at Matthew.
Aside from that, Messianic Jews are Jewish in ethnicity (as opposed to being of the Jewish faith), whereas Christians are gentiles. As I said before, however, theologically this is one of those differences which makes no difference.
