How about NO. The only "patched" part was a new easier difficulty and tons and tons of new content. Ignorance.

Most of which you could download for from Live for less no?
It still wasn't an entirely new game.

I've been hoping to find a buggered XBox, myself. I modded my brothers with the X3 chip, and it's been pretty good until backups stopped playing. (I think my burner's not configured correctly...)

Actually We've got a spare xbox laying around, and have been considering a software mod or something for a long time...
