Well, they probably aren't very world wise, because, Chinese aside, you don't look like any of those.. 
Hmmm... What do I look like? Korean people tend to talk to me in Korean, I do not think it's because some of them have the same last name like mine. My Korean roomy once said I looked more Korean than she was and tried to convince me that I was a Korean origin, very weird that one. (Oh and my last name in Japanese is Hiyashi)
