We have a research department here where I work researching using 3D/VR to train and assist in orthopedic   surgery. They call the project Computer Assisted Orthopedic  Surgery, or CAOS (pron: chaos). Now hang on a minute. If I'm going to have somebody perform surgery on me I don't want chaos. I want ORDER, I want PRECISION. Chaos my ass.
Be warned: This site's admins stole 100s of hours of my work. They will do it to you.
