I bumped their stats for INFA2. Though only a few are actually used as it's all INFA and EA ships that are used for the most part.

The FS1-ers ships have probably gone through mny upgrades by the time of INF:A2, better systems/guns/armour. Much cheaper to update the old stuff then to churn out new designs.

I'm guessing that since the Hatshepsut was commissioned, some amount of financial capital, backing, investment etc. was involved.  A fairly weak argument BTW.

My own theory is that Vasudans have developed a capitalistic economy similar to our own - independent companies competing for government grants (Mekhu Enterprises, Akheton, and the Colossus)?  Sounds suspiciously like Boeing and Lockheed Martin.
