eagleclaw, I am sorry to say this bluntly but you need to get your feet back on ground and stop daydreaming if you really want these projects of yours to succeed.
1. Do you have all the necessary skills to create a quality site? If not, do you know a few buddies you can trust and who have the skills you lack? If not, forget it.
2. Do you have the basic idea what makes your site different from the countless of others out there? What do you use to get people interested in your site?
3. You need to have everything finished before starting to recruit people. Unfinished or bad quality will not help your cause.
You have but miniscule chance of recruiting some staff if you don't have the three basic things backing you up. Again, sorry to say this bluntly but what you showed us was no better than what a generic 12-year old l33t-wannabe -type would have shown. Your sites don't have any credibility.
If you really put some effort into this and plan things through, you just might someday get something done that could potentially compete against other similar sites out there. But that day is not today I'm afraid.
