"The reason for this is that the original Fortran got so convoluted and extensive (10's of millions of lines of code) that no-one can actually figure out how it works, there's a massive project going on to decode the original Fortran and write a more modern system, but until then, the UK communication network is actually relying heavily on 35 year old Fortran that nobody understands." - Flipside

If I remember correctly, Aldo disagreed when it came to the DS Lite...

Re: Europeans don't mind delays
great how he tells me/us how we think about delays. ffs, it's not like we'd have a choice but to buy one if we wanted one, even when it's delayed. ;) well, private importing isn't a small business, though.

Actually, that has been one of the best decisions the admins have made. I don't need to bother with the main forum now since all the interesting threads are conveniently located here. :D

i would have been perfectly happy if they delayed Caesar IV long enough to give the developers time to make it ****ING WORK

its a pain in the ass having a game that i can't play on my computer (way above min. sys. req's)

Re: Europeans don't mind delays
Anyone buying the PS3 on release is clinically insane.

Aside from that one (the obvious), I am sort of miffed we get games and **** a few months later then the US or Japan, but it's not like my balls are falling off because of the delay.

It would bother me a little too. No one is buying a PS3, not even to overprice sell it on eBay?

Well, no one but the tech junkies, anyway. the PS3's got one hell of a system.

I could only imagine the GTVA warriors giving a mighty KIAAIIIIIII shout as they worked their triggers, their biceps bulging with sinew after years of Ivan Drago-esque steroid therapy and weight training. - General Battuta
