Installer updated (Zip still uploading...) changelog to follow.

Fixed large, important bug with downloading non-zipped files.
Added new text file. Nothing the average user needs to be informed of, but anyone wanting to use the Installer for their TC should check out the updated TC page on fsoinstaller.com.

Just scanning for the old versions and linking to a page on the installer website would probably be better than simply waiting for the user to find things don't work and come here though.

Nope. That's the one recent problem with the Installer that's not my fault. The server hosting those files has gone down, and there's no real replacement.

Anyways, I just ran this LOVELY installer over my friend's house. FS2 works just fine, but the FSPort gives this error when entering the Ready Room:

JR2 my features box is empty, what is up with that!
All of it, and on the scroll down things it is empty to.

Will i have to download it all again- though i have tried this twice already.

Any idea as to how i can get the the options under the features tab.

Just had to download it again, since i rebooted and cleaned my entire system. For some reason i get of crackling in the sound. Tried fidgeting around with the sound quality but wont seem to stop.


Any help? The gameplay is fine, but the crackling is driving me bananas

Try new sound drivers?

Yes, get the latest AC97 drivers from Realtek... I'm sure that's what you have, because that's an issue with their older drivers.
