Nope, on thanksgiving day, 11am Pacific time, that's when the units go on sale. That is if the Xbox holds the max amoutn of votes. The thing is, the xbox is holding 85 percent of the vote... so there ya go. it's pretty much definite.

Sooo.... who's gonna get one and immediately ebay it and make some dough off of it?

Server traffic got really hella heavy right around 2 minutes to 11, and it just went down hard after that. Does anyone actually know how fast they sold out? Was it really under 60 seconds?

People got to the confirmation screen less than 60 seconds after the hour only to be told it was out of stock.

I'd be amazed if it lasted 60 secs, given the number of stock and the number of hits Amazon.com probably gets per-second.
