I can help with both, it'll just be a lot of work. Scenery is NOT my forte. Maybe I can get some advice from wEvil (that guy is the KING of detail.  )

Hey, how do you think they get the replacements for all the pilots that die on the missions you fly?

There's no trick to it.

Do as much as you can with custom-made textures and just keep working away on it until it looks good enough.  A scene is never completed, theres always cool things you can add or change.

FOr this scene, consider some piping of some sort and maybe a few computer panels and a bit of dirt (texture mapped)
