NB: I think you have too high (texture tiling) repetitions for that model.  It's a common mistake - one I've made myself - to have high repetitions because it looks more detailed and adds a sense of larger size; however, what usually happens IMO is that the model just looks messy, the high amount of tiling also serves to make the artificial nature of the model more apparent by highlighting the edges of polygons (where tiles change).  Plus, it tends to look like wallpaper.

Texture tiling is way, way too high. It's a really good model being let down by dodgy texturing. Try also looking for some textures other than [V]'s ones, or better yet, drawing some yourself.
