im looking for the scp build that was released a while back that had a top-down 2d plane view.

Im intrested in putting together a FS2-Galaga mod

that would be good for freespace asteroids or centipede.

IIRC it's still in there, but I think it needs to be enabled in FRED.

Try adding 16384 to the +Flags value in the mission file.
