Press the "Print Screen" or "Prt Scn" or "Sys Rq" button whenever you have a likely shot, see what happens.  Check for the screenshots in your screenshots dir.  It won't crash I don't believe, prolly just hang for a sec.

Admiral Aken Hieronymus Bosch. Hieronymus Bosch was some whackjob who painted people having trumpets being shoved up their asses and stuff (apparently symbolizing sin and moral failings).

The one in A3? It's not that good. There's some polar distortion and the textures don't tile properly at places. But it's pretty.

Eh?  IrfanView, convert to JPEG, 40 quality, resize to 1024x768... size should not exceed 300K, which at 3 KB/sec u/l, would mean 100 seconds.
