Pure corruption... isn't. By the point in time in which something would be pure corruption, say a government, they'll be governing 0 and embezelling 100. If the government doesn't govern at all, then it ceases to be a government. If it's not a government, then there is nothing to be corrupt from (Aside from conventional moral values, I suppose). The body is simply a group of bad people with malicious intent.
So therefore (a bit of both inductively and deductivly somehow), nothing is pure corruption.
