The only things I'd still ever ask for is that the Raptor and Excalibur look a little more like how they did in the game. But the Heretic looks freaking wicked.

ok, managed to use a comp for a few minutes ( now i understand the phrase 'death to the 56kers')
How big is the washington? It looks about the size of the deimos. does it have a hangar?

I'm wondering, how do you get these ships to show up in the tech room? .vps in the MediaVPs folder doesn't do it for me.

just put the stuff in their own folder. Make a folder scooby_Doo in you FS directory, then put the .vps in there.

Heck I remember when 56k was fast!  The washingon is somewheres between 1.2 to 1.6km  (all my cruisers fall in that size range).  The Washington doesn't come with a hanger bay, it was a bit too thin when I first build it (it's one of my older models).  More likely it'll be part of a battlegroup.  I'm kinda thinking its an artilliary cruiser, hit 'em from long range.  I know the tables don't reflect this though.

You'll also probably want to grab the updated Scooby-Additional rar file (http://scoobydoo.freespacemods.net/Completed/Models/Scooby-Additional-07-20-08.rar).  It contains updates up to 7-20-08  and includes info/sound for the main gun.  Because you can't fire non-beam turret on command yet, it's sorta broken, but there.  Also I think I ended up using one of freespace's beam up sounds, it should be included if I remember right.
