The Shivans had other entry points into Terran space. They could've come in through Ross 128 like last time. They didn't. And when they captured Bosch, the Shivans packed up and left on the eve of their own victory. Maybe the Capella supernova was a more ominous version of Klaatu's warning.

Actually, Alpha 1 is the Chuck Norris of FS. The rest of Alpha Wing are merely weaklings, who die quickly during a mission and who think that Command conciders them worthless.

6Watchdogs*99 waves = 594 Watchdogs

594WDs*336700 wings = 199999800 Watchdogs

also

4WDs*50 waves=20

so 336700 wings of 6 watchdogs, with 99 waves per wing + 1 Wing of 4 Watchdogs, with 50 wave

 

Is it even possible to get that done with out crashing fred of the FS2 engine?
