I've always heard it pronounced "too-shay", and that is how I pronounce it.

Meh. Not really. When I let my mac speak out your pronouncation it sounds a bit too heavy on the y and the too is too long and low. There's no real way to pronounce-write this in the English language.

Nope the "e" sounds like the "ay" in pay. Don't worry about it, the different vowel sounds make it impossible to represent with the original letters.
