The dog is coming Tuesday. Today, the family brought in a dog bed so large Turambar could curl up in it.

I very much enjoy vectors, actually. They're quite fun in calculus and engineering applications.

As a whole, I've not enjoyed classical physics courses to date as they abstract the process so much that what actually is going on seems to get put out of perspective. I much prefer calc as, although it may take longer to model the system due to procedure, you actually see the mechanics in action. Hooray for calculus!

I've never gotten why people struggle with vectors and the like. Not bashing you, GTSVA, but they just seem so easy. Same with acceleration due to gravity and motion in two dimensions.

It depends on your parents more than the dog, most Dogs when bought into a house with a cat will get along just fine unless they are encouraged to attack it, so if they are doing that, remind them that such behaviour will get the dog removed and put down. From what I can gather America is even more strict about violent dogs than the UK is.

Speaking as someone who has owned several dogs and cats at once, it's my experience that dogs and cats come to an understanding pretty quickly.

Dogs got the short end in my house. One very tempermental cat and one smarter-than-both-dogs-put-together cat meant that the dogs were terrified of one, and the other liked to manipulate and taunt them for his own amusement.

Cats can take care of themselves, even against large dogs. They aren't exactly helpless, declawed or no (both my cats were declawed).
